Just as the Butterfly Effect states this small addition to your favorite shoes will drastically improve your experience by preventing your feet from slipping or experiencing discomfort.

Absorbs shock and cushions feet 
Helps prevent feet from slipping forward in shoes 
Reduces friction and helps reduce chances of blisters 
Directions: 
Before exposing adhesive, test the placement of the Butterfly Effect in your shoes.
Place the widest part of the Butterfly Effect towards the front of your shoe right below the toes unless the shoe has a thumb divider in which case place the other side up and place the slit at the divider to ensure best support. 
Make sure the area you are going to place this is clean and dry.
Remove adhesive backing from the Butterfly Effect and position it carefully in place. 
Note: Adhesive is permanent, not recommended to remove and reuse
