  • Will I need a larger size shoe to accommodate Soleify insoles?
    No. Our insoles are discrete, thin and have skeewed edges so that they fit you perfectly and the 3/4 insoles means that they do not cramp the front of your shoe either while providing superior comfort.
  • How should I care for my insoles
    Soleify shoe inserts are very durable, and will keep their shape over many wears. Nevertheless, exposure to water can cause damage to their open cell structure. Be gentle with them and you will enjoy them for a very long time.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Yes. We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, Due to hygiene and the nature of the item, we only accept unworn Soleify insoles. Please read below for how to return an item.
  • Are these insoles only for high heels?
    No. Soleify was created keeping all shoe types in mind as we know that each shoe is different and each individual could have different problem areas therefore, each of our insoles aim to add cushioning and comfort no matter the type of shoe.
  • How do I remove Soleify insoles?
    We recommend that you not move the insole from shoe to shoe. If you are unhappy with the product and would like to remove it, for the Save your Sole insole start at the toe end and pull up while holding the sock liner (insole of the shoe) down, for all other insoles pull the gently off the shoe. Pull up in inch long increments to avoid pulling the sock liner out of the shoe.
  • Does Soleify ship internationally?
    No we do not currently ship outside india.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not, you may return your unused goods within 14 days of receiving your order. The insoles must be new and unused, with packaging intact. The cost of mailing the return package will be borne by the customer.
  • How do I return something?
    1. Send us an email letting us know you are returning an item and why. 2. Mail the unworn product, in its original packaging, to: Soleify Cushioning LLP, 816, Tulsiani Chambers, Nariman Point, Mumbai. 400036 Please note your name and order number on the package. 3. Once we receive your package, please allow 2 - 3 business days for your return to be processed. We will refund the amount of the returned item(s) to your original method of payment.
